Our Teams

Tinies (Ages 3–5)

Our Tinies discover the joy of calisthenics through fun, movement, and music! Classes focus on developing coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a supportive environment. Tinies perform simplified routines such as March, Free Exercises, Rods, and Dance, helping them learn teamwork while having loads of fun.


Sub-Juniors B - Non - Competing (Ages 6 –10)

Sub-Juniors A - Competing (Ages 7-10)

Sub-Juniors begin to build on their basic skills with more structure and performance opportunities. They learn to express themselves and work together as a team. Items include March, Clubs, Free Exercises, Rods, Aesthetics, and Song & Dance, giving them a taste of all areas of calisthenics. May be an image of dancing


Juniors (Ages 11–13)

Juniors refine their strength, flexibility, and stage presence while mastering more detailed routines. They continue developing teamwork and confidence through items such as March, Clubs, Rods, Free Exercises, Aesthetics, Song & Dance, and Calisthenic Revue. This age group really begins to shine on stage!

Intermediates (Ages 14–17)

Intermediates take their calisthenics to the next level, combining fitness, artistry, and performance excellence. They perform all core items — March, Clubs, Rods, Free Exercises, Aesthetics, and Calisthenic Revue — with greater complexity and creativity, showcasing both skill and maturity.


Seniors (Ages 17+)

Seniors demonstrate elite levels of technique, teamwork, and performance. Their routines are powerful, expressive, and highly polished, including March, Clubs, Rods, Free Exercises, Aesthetics, Calisthenic Revue, and Song & Dance. Seniors often mentor younger teams and represent the club with pride and professionalism.
