Port Lincoln Calisthenic Club

About

Port Lincoln Calisthenics Club was established in 1974

We are registered with and follow closely the guidelines of  CASA (Calisthenics Association of South Australia)

Calisthenics is a unique sport, it helps develop and teaches  confidence discipline and working as a team, while providing exercise, strength co ordination and flexibility for girls of all ages

Our team of coaches and assistant coaches have many years of experience between them, from being Callisthenics girls themselves, to now being such an integral part of what makes our club run
