Where/when are classes held?

All our classes are held at the Port Lincoln Calisthenics Hall,

Stevenson Street, Port Lincoln

Between the tennis courts.

What do I need to wear to class?

We want all our girls to feel comfortable during classes, whether it be in a leotard, bike shorts, leggings or a  T-shirt. Hair up is advised 

Are your coaches qualified?

All our coaches are Level 1 accredited coaches through the Australian Institute of Sports. They all hold First Aid Certificates and Working With Children Checks. Helpers and assistants also have Assistant or Cadet training.

Can we still join after term has commenced?

We welcome new members anytime throughout the year. Please discuss with your coach in relation to competing if commencing after May each year

When/where are competitions?

CASA State Championships will be held in August/September at the Royalty Theatre - 65 Angas Street, Adelaide.

Dates will be finalised closer to competitions.
